Each thick wire diameter warp thread is alternately passed above and below one weft thread to provide high tensile strength to the net. The fine wire diameter weft threads pass alternately above and below one warp thread, creating a fine hole for filtration.

Plain Dutch woven wire cloth is primarily used for filtering and separating liquid and slurry products.

Twill Dutch Woven Wire Mesh

Twill woven wire mesh is a combination of dense and twill weave. The weft threads are alternately passed above and below the two warp threads to form a finer mesh in the warp threads, and the warp threads form a thicker mesh in the warp direction in the same weave.

Twill dense weave mesh can withstand greater loads because of the finer openings. It is used to filter heavy materials.

Reverse Dutch Woven Wire Mesh

Reverse Dutch woven wire is another product specifically designed for filtration. Unlike Dutch woven wire, reverse Dutch weave is also available for brass wire and has chemical stability for filtration. Using two different sizes of wire diameter, a stainless steel wire or brass wire is woven into anti-Holland weave wire mesh.

Reverse Dutch woven wire mesh is widely used for filter discs or other filtration products in petrochemical, aerospace, and other fields.
